Equinox Data Messenger is a central database for collection of all data sources for template style content management. Data Messenger Server is an application which centrally manages and controls all networked data activity and can be connected with various Data Messenger Clients. Data Messenger Client is an application which connects to the Data Messenger Server, enabling users across the network to manage data content for any connected players by changing information in other data sources.

Features:
Data Messenger Client, Data Messenger Server, and Player programs can
be run in different computers, allows you to access and share information
from multiple sources over TCP/IP networks in real-time.
A Data Messenger network can be both reactive and interactive, triggering
actions based on a specific data value.
Data Messenger run as a client to retrieve data from various data sources,
these data sources includes:

- DDE data source (includes Excel file and other program which support
DDE)

- RSS feed (XML formatted latest news from various web site)

- ODBC data source (includes databases of SQL, ACCESS, and etc. which
support ODBC connection)

Data Messenger Server run as a center server to relay data from Data
Messenger to player program

- Data is stored in a familiar spreadsheet (Excel) format making it easy to
manage your information

Player program can receive data from Data Messenger Server when there
is any change or new data from registered data area
Support API (Application Programming Interface) so that customer’s
program can be programmed to interact with Data Messenger Server to
retrieve, or change data and register in server
